As an experienced Midwife, Hypnobirthing Practitioner and Complementary Therapist I know that the last few weeks of your pregnancy can be especially stressful in lots of ways, with many pressures from life in general as well as the discomforts associated with late pregnancy. Having help to feel relaxed and calm can have a huge impact on your labour and birthing experience. It is well recognised that learning how to relax is a very beneficial way to help with stress management, aids restful sleep and improves overall general wellbeing. So if you want to feel emotionally restored, energised and chilled then this session could be perfect for you.
A positive birthing relaxation session provides a great opportunity for mums to leave behind the everyday stresses that life can bring and to spend a little time focusing on yourself and connecting with your baby.
The 90mins session is a home visit which is tailored to suit individual needs, with time for a chat to discuss any worries you may have or to go over anything that you want to discuss, some calm breathing techniques, simple restorative Reiki, comforting robozo and finishes with a guided relaxation. I look forward to being able to help you to generally feel calm and relaxed.
